The Truth About Brake Repair In Denver Colorado

Hi There! This is Saul Reisman of Saul’s Automotive.

Today we are going to talk about Brakes and why your brakes are such an important commodity? And why you see them advertise all over the place?

In the State of Colorado, your cars will go through brakes 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 faster than in almost any other State. Mountain driving strains and physically deteriorates the brakes by demanding more performance from them and many cars were not built to a specification to give them that extra room.

As a result, We often see vehicles that have brakes that are not quite up to the test. We perform other standard replacement or some upgrade like the power stop so we can ensure proper and safe braking for all vehicles that come thru us.

The real concern is, why we see this advertisement all over the place to get this brake deal? Or go to this $99 brake special? Or come and get your brakes check?

There are two reasons here.

One, It is a safety sales tactic.

Many shops here as a safety pinch want to convince people to come in their door and thinking that if something wrong with their brakes they are going to repair it immediately because they want to stay safe.

That is a very poor sales pitch as an auto repair facility. The idea of scaring somebody to make a sale is a poor sales pitch not only on the salesman but also on the shop side. It will bring many negatives when that vehicle actually needs other repairs down the road.

What we often see at local Denver brake shops recommendations with a “brakes special” or “brake deal” trying to give you some special price to get you in there. We see often times some competitors will plus caliper, plus rotors or other pieces and parts after they’ve already got you in their door and coded you for certain repairs.

These practices violate motor vehicle repair act. They don’t notify you or let you know about this costs before they perform. It also means that it builds a larger sale on the shop without giving all the true information to the client.

Here at Saul’s Automotive, we perform all inspections whether brake related or any other vehicle system service completely free of charge.

We’d be happy to show you the thickness and materials left on your brakes and explain to you what is going on with them, why they’re wearing the way they are, and how you can get the best life out of them.

One way that we truly pride ourselves is being able to keep you safe by installing factory replacement parts and by doing such cost-effective rate so that you always know that your vehicle is the safest rather than get scared in your local brakes special or your local brake scam for a cheaper part just to get to a lower cost.

We truly take your safety first.

We love to see any quotes any offers you have from any local brake shops so that we can be that price by 15 % right out of the vat and show you what our invoice cost is using the correct manufactured parts.
