The Best Quality Oil Change Service Available in Denver

I’m Saul Reisman here at Saul’s Autotek, and today we’re going to talk about the most basic preventative maintenance that your vehicle needs and how you can make sure you stay on top of it.

Oil changes, what we’ve come to know as the most common Denver auto repair service and what many owners will steer away from mechanical repair facilities and try and go to quick lube-type facilities to save cost on, is actually one of the most important services you could ever do to a motor vehicle, guarantees the longevity and the livelihood of your vehicle, and is often times, at lesser facilities, done at a discounted rate by unskilled laborers where it could have the most financial effect on our car. These things are really worrisome to us, and that’s why, here at Saul’s Autotek, we offer competitive rates on oil changes on all motor vehicles, whether it’s a late model, a classic, an antique, or an exotic we stock all fluids in-house, so that we can take care of your needs, so that you don’t end up being the car that’s gone forever without an oil change. We’ve all heard the horror stories of the car that never got its oil changed, and unfortunately, here, we’ve actually seen a couple.

I’m standing in front of the oil drums today because these are actually important to your Denver Oil Change.

What we think of as such a basic item, draining the oil from these vehicles, putting a new filter in it, and getting it filled back up is literally the lifeblood of your vehicle. Just as you eat and drink daily to keep things moving and fluid through your body, to keep you fueled and keep you lubricated, your body needs the exact same things as what your vehicle does in this respect. We’ve had vehicles come in that said the manufacturer recommended oil changes is at 10, 12, or even 15,000 miles. Regardless of manufacturer recommendations, we actually err on the side of caution, seeing that oil change is literally the cheapest insurance policy you could ever buy.

Some of these vehicles, that request the longest oil change intervals, are some of the ones that have the most expensive repairs if there’s a problem, like BMW, or Volkswagen, Audi motor vehicles, that currently recommend a 10,000 mile service interval, will actually starve the engine of oil very easily if run even more than a quart low. So, if there’s any leaks or any problems in that long an interval, you might not find them until it’s too late. We’ve seen vehicles come into our shop that has been 5, 10, even 50,000 miles without ever having their oil changes. We run our Denver auto repair service 365 days a year and we have two dedicated oil change pits so that we can get yours taken care of no matter what. We know a lot of owners will steer away from an auto repair facility and instead go to a quick lube-type facility to save cost. The reality is, you want a skilled mechanic doing the oil changes on your vehicle because you don’t want to deal with the effects of somebody who isn’t does and makes a mistake.

If you’ve got concerns about yours, or you’d just like to make sure that the best hands possible are doing even the most basic services on your vehicle, come see us at Saul’s Autotek. We’d be happy to have an ASE certified technician do the oil change on your vehicle, and not somebody making minimum wage who’s unskilled. Not that we don’t support where their labor’s at, but we want your labor to be the best possible because your car is the best possible.

Come see us, seven days a week, 365 days a year at 303-919-7769. We’ll keep you lubricated.
