Good morning. I’m Saul Reisman here at Saul’s automotive and today we’re gonna talk a little bit about some things to come, some things that have been changing and what you should really look forward to.
As being such large supporters of us here at Saul’s automotive, you’ve changed what we do. Everything that we do is focused on giving you the best service, the best result and the quickest time frame, all of that high quality. As a result, we need to be more efficient, we need to be able to help you sooner and we need to be able to get more done. There’s no room in the shop to put it, this is literally how backed up we are. So the three foot by seven-foot door that that car is in front of we’re knocking this wall down, we’re putting in more doors, we’re gonna put more lifts in this shop, we’re gonna knock out all of these toolboxes. Push this wall back, put a couple more lifts in, knock out the wall out back and put a few cargo containers out back so we can store our equipment so we can get more room for your cars so we can keep you running.
What originally started laying on my back in a garage now we’ll have room for 14 cars inside on the racks to get serviced and we still won’t be able to get it all done for you. We’re trying to figure out how this happened so quickly and really why we can continue to do such. We know the quality is out there but we’re not pushing the advertising we’re simply pushing a quality product. Now you keep bringing us your cars and we couldn’t be more grateful, so to show you that we want the opportunity we’re gonna keep expanding to the extent where we can still ensure our hands are in every single car, our quality maintains that consistency and at the same time we can flow more cars through the doors.
Now about a year and a half ago we started working with Stern, Darrell Stern himself over its Stern LLC and they’ve been a fantastic way to help us lift up, show what we’re doing and get our name out there.
What we were doing on a garage floor is fantastic and word of mouth business is great, but it doesn’t help you any if you only have one lumberjack of a customer out there telling people how good you’re doing. We started filming the video that you’re watching right now with Darrell about 18 months ago, that was over a hundred videos ago, that was over half a million views ago. Now you can see us worldwide, you know what we do and you could be watching this video anywhere on the planet to find out how we can best help you. Thanks to Stern, thanks to the videos we’ve been able to do and thanks to you for supporting us this business continues to grow. Thanks to social media that’s allowed us to propagate and get further pushed out to other individuals around the world means… Days like yesterday I get a call from Hawaii, from somebody who knows they can’t bring their car to us but they can ask me a question and I can help them and I can give them advice and I can tell them something that their local shop may not know.
We will always take those phone calls we will always help any way we can and if you’re halfway around the world and you need our help just pick up the phone we’d be more than happy to give you any advice we can and if there’s something that we can’t do we’ll find the person that can help you out no matter what. Thank you for allowing us to expand, thank you for giving us this great opportunity to show ourselves and most importantly thank you for letting us keep you safe on the road. Darrell Stern, we really appreciate what you guys have been able to do to keep us in the market place, put our name in front of those because that’s been able to show people what we do. It’s fantastic to be somebody’s hero and we appreciate every opportunity to do it but without those folks pushing our name out there to show everybody nobody would know who we are. We’re just an under shop tucked away in an industrial part of the city, we’re hidden away nobody knows where we’re at and that’s okay because you’re watching this video and thousands and thousands of people otherwise around the world are too.
