Good morning. This is Saul again over at Saul’s Automotive. This morning, we’re here to talk a little bit about you and how you help our Denver auto repair business.
Part of being a Denver small business means taking care of your customers and your guests, no matter what, through the long term, to ensure that they are successful. That is the only true way to build a client relationship in this industry. As a result, over the past six years that we have been in business, I’ve made a very strong effort to make a personal connection with each and every owner that comes in and to make sure that they know that we care specifically about their vehicle, the needs of their family specifically, and their car to associate with what they do every day, not just this car needs to be on the road, but how does this affect their lives, the way they drive, and how can we best plan for them. Part of that means making sure that they have a steady plan to keep their vehicles safe for years to come.
As a result, many owners choose to leave reviews for us on Yelp, Google, Facebook, our website, all over the place, simply because they feel we’ve done them a good service. We don’t ask them to. We don’t petition them in any way, and we don’t offer any kind of discount for them if they do such. We simply take it as a token of their appreciation for us. Then, after six years in business and a constant five star rating on Yelp, we had this little guy shows up in the mail the other day, a polite recognition from the Denver Yelp community that people on Yelp in Denver love us, that the reviews we’re getting are consistent, and five star ratings across the board. To be able to uphold this kind of reputation takes time and commitment. From when we started, June 28th, 2010, in a driveway at Hampton and I25, where we worked in the sun tirelessly for 18 months before being able to get to our first location, and it is only because of you and your commitment to us that we were able to get into our first auto repair shop over at Evans and I25.
Through three years of working diligently at that location, though we suffered a fire that was a major loss for us, we had no setbacks. We grew and astronomically, thanks to you. The community around us provided such incredible support for us that they were able to help us get into a newer, larger facility, update our equipment, and stay right here in the middle of the community to keep you on the road. We kindly return that favor and say thank you for coming to us for over half a decade. Please let us continue to service your vehicles. Thank you for showing your appreciation.
