Hi there. I’m Saul here at Saul’s Automotive. Today we’re going to talk to you a little bit about one of the customer service aspects that we try and do to take care of you as our guest.
We offer shuttle service for your Denver and Greenwood Village Auto Repair seven days a week.
So instead of just being open seven days to keep you on the road, we have a driver on staff from 7:30 in the morning ’til 4:30 in the afternoon explicitly for the purpose of getting you where you need to be. If that means you call us, you’re on the side of the road waiting for tow truck and you’re in an unsafe place, we’ll send somebody to come pick you up on the side of the road right away. If that means you need a ride to get your vehicle here in the morning to get to work or to pick it up at the end of the day, we’re happy to help and assist at that aspect as well.
Most local repair shops may take you two, three miles, have a certain range or say you need to be having repair for something to happen with them. We don’t extend that same offer. We extend it to the extent of no matter where you’re going, no matter what you need, we will get you there. If your car is here, even if we’re just taking a look at it to see what’s going on, regardless of what repairs may be necessary, even if it’s just a basic oil change, we’ll give you a ride whether it be just across the street, Pueblo, Fort Collins or anywhere in between.
