A Denver Ford #EpicFail Auto Repair Coolant Story and How We Fixed It

Starting in 2005 Ford produced vehicles with dimple dies in the firewall to save weight and increase strength that we repair in Denver, Colorado.

However, they did not successfully fill the gap they had created with such. As a result moisture leakage is a common problem plaguing many Ford vehicles to this day. We have found multiple vehicles with water or coolant leaking through the dashboard of the vehicle, sometimes resulting in a cooling system leak as well, creating an overheating condition. As new as 2015 we have seen Ford vehicles with the same issue. The only aspect Ford has made to correct this is by installing a drain valve and foam padding to either release the moisture or help it look like less than it is.
