We gave them a car that needed A LOT of labor intensive work done, further complicated by a warranty company that made the process so difficult. I have never dealt with a car issue without my husband's help before so it was scary and overwhelming. Amy and Saul did so much to ease my mind while also dealing with a lot from the warranty company. I started the process suspicious and scared but left with my car and peace of mind. I truly appreciated Amy's follow through and patience with me. I also really appreciated that Saul took a substantial amount of time out of his day to sit and talk with my husband and I, addressed all of our concerns *and* did EVERYTHING he could to work with us, ease our minds and ensure we left happy. Also, thank you to the awesome mechanics who did such a thorough job fixing my car. You were all wonderful.
