All About Our Merger With Autotek | Better Repair Customer Service

This is Saul here at Saul’s Autotek, the leader in car repair in Denver. We know that with the merger, there’s a lot of questions, a lot of confusion and for the most part, a lot of uncertainty.

The biggest goal that we have from our end is to maintain the same service that’s been going on both from Saul’s AUTOTEK and from Autotek. Both of these companies have a fantastic reputation, they’re known in their industry and they’re exemplary in their field. Both of them have an incredibly high retention rate for their technicians and for their service writers and other staff members.

What that tells us is they’ve got a good service model going as do our current operation. So now that we’ll be joined together and working symbiotically, we’ll be able to efficiently service all your vehicles more timely than we were before and with better equipment. Some of Autotek’s areas where they’ve been lacking in terms of new technology and new equipment and new access in new age information, we’re going to change.

Currently, Autotek was only available to be answered via phone. You’ll be able to text, Yelp, Facebook, Instagram, email or any other way to get in contact with us 24 hours a day. Saul’s AUTOTEK runs seven days a week and has multiple operating dynamics so that we can get you to us contact immediately. We’re going to apply all those to Autotek and we’re going to take Autotek’s space, technicians, and serviceability and apply that to Saul’s so we can really use the best of both worlds to better help you.

Our goal at the end of the day is all the same, we’re all in the same boat, we all want the cars to run right. You as the car owner, need it to run right so you can get to work and back, get the kids to school and go on with your daily lives. We here, as the auto repair technicians, our job is to keep your vehicle on the road, reliable and safe.
