I haven't even finished up with Saul's Autotek yet and I wanted to come leave a great review. They were the 2nd autobody shop I contacted about an issue with my car and promised to have my diagnosis done within 3 hours (whereas the other shop said 5-7 business days). Saul and the other associate were kind and understanding to my needs and assured me they have a great team of mechanics at their disposal to help me take care of the issue (whatever it might be). I plan to return should I experience any further problems, and plan to use their services to repair whatever issues my car is currently having.

Sunday! This amazing auto shop is open on Sunday. Complementary uber home,30min turn around on diagnosis. This place has just set the standard for business....all business. Absolutely the best customer service. DANNI and Saul getting it done...and on a Sunday! I canceled a previous appointment on my second vehicle just to give them more business. Sorry if your car is broken but take it here.

Saul's Autotek has amazing customer service, full stop. First, their shop is open on weekends which is incredibly convenient. This past Friday night, my car battery died and I was worried that I wouldn't be able to drive it. I was able to find their website, and Saul was super friendly with getting me the help I needed. After I got my car towed, they were able to get my car up and running that same day. When I got home, I noticed that the battery they gave me was not an AGM battery, and I mentioned it in my initial review. Within 5 minutes, I had gotten a response (on a Saturday night) directly from Saul himself saying that he'd already placed an order for the new battery and to come in the next day for a swap. This itself speaks volumes about his dedication to customer loyalty and satisfaction, and I can definitely recommend Saul's, especially if you're looking for a place that is open on weekends.

My car was shot nearly 10 times by some kids from the neighborhood. It wouldn't run. Insurance wasn't going to cover it, and didn't. Saul's entire team pitched in to help out. They worked with me on price and were kind and compassionate. and here's the kicker... When I got the car back, it ran impeccably. So well infact, I was able to drive it across the country, 2 days after I picked it up. The entire trip was the smoothest trip I'd ever taken in that car. So, yeah, if you want honest and reliable they are without a doubt the best I've seen. If you live in Colorado and don't see them I feel very very bad for you. They were notably incredible!

I took my exotic car to Saul's in order to repair a nail in the rear tire. The shop was not able to repair the tire due to DOT restrictions, but they promptly ordered a pair of tires to replace the damaged one on my request. I asked them to replace both rear tires in order to keep them both at the same wear level. Their work was timely, professional and there were no hidden costs and communication on the status was great. This is an A class repair shop. I'm very happy with the work they performed and the care taken to replace my tires.
